MedilinkOne is an enterprise mobile application provided by Medilink-Global Bangladesh Ltd. It gives Medilink members a convenient way to view healthcare provider locations, their health benefit plan, claim status, published benefit usage records, and medical history.
To show these services to the correct member, we use membership and account details together with the benefit, claim, usage, and medical information associated with that member. These records may come from the member, the member’s health benefit provider, and participating healthcare providers.
We use member information to provide access to the app, display the member’s plan and records, support benefit and claim administration, answer service requests, and protect the app. Information may be shared with the relevant insurer or benefit administrator, participating healthcare providers, and companies that help us operate the service where needed for these purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to personal and medical information to authorized people who need it for their work. We retain records as needed to provide the service, administer benefits and claims, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Members may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their information. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing benefit administration or legal requirements.
